What is the returns policy?
EBCO only accept returns on faulty products within the guarantee period and with original proof of purchase.
How do I return to a store?
If you’d like to return an order that was collected in-store, you can arrange a return by getting in touch with our Customer Services team via our live chat, email or using our contact form. Once you’ve contacted EBCO, you’ll need to return your order to the store you originally collected it from. Once we receive your return from the store, we’ll inspect your order and issue a refund within 14 working days.
Please note: For your refund to be processed, you will need to contact EBCO directly before returning the item to the store.

How will I be refunded?
Refunds can only be processed using the original payment method.
Can I return a bike directly to EBCO?
Yes, but please ensure you have contacted the EBCO customer service team in advance to obtain returns authorisation. Note if the return is a remorse or change of mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the bike to EBCO.
