If you'd like to return an order that was collected in-store, you can arrange a return by getting in touch with our Customer Services team via our live chat, email or using our contact form. Once you've contacted EBCO, you'll need to return your order to the store you originally collected it from. Once we receive your return from the store, we'll inspect your order and issue a refund within 14 working days.
